Wichita Area Romance Authors (WARA) is a group of talented authors who are serious about writing for publication. WARA was established to help writers realize their dream of being published and to provide support for writers of romantic fiction. We count several published authors among our members.

Visitors are welcome to join us at our next meeting.

FEBRUARY Meeting

Bits & Bytes: Romance the Writer's Way

Our blog began on April 1, 2009, and was joined with trepidation and hesitation by those who had never blogged. Since then, we've all found it a fun way to share information on writing, especially romance. Each month we focus on a new topic, with everyone participating in sharing their thoughts, experiences and what they've learned about writing romance.
